Rates are based on standard occupancy for the room type. Extra person charge is $15 per person, up to the maximum room occupancy. Weekend rates (Friday & Saturday) are slightly higher.

Reservation Policies
- The Delaware Hotel is Smoke Free.
- No pets.
- Lodging rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, accessible by stairs, only.

All rates are quoted for standard occupancy. Additional person charges may apply.
- Rates and seasonality of operation are subject to change
- Room tax is not included in the stated rate.
- Deposit:
- Regular Season: $35 - required at time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- High Season: $50 - required at time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Deposits may be refunded according to the cancel policies stated below.
- Final Payment:
- Regular Season: due 7 days prior to arrival and will automatically be processed on the credit card provided for deposit.
- High Season: due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be processed on the credit card provided for deposit.
- Cancellation:
- Regular Season: Cancel 8 or more days prior to arrival you may choose either (1) a lodging credit voucher valid for up to one year from the original reservation and equal to the full amount of payments received without a cancel fee or (2) a refund subject to a $35 lodging cancel fee and any other applicable fees. Cancel 7 days or less prior to arrival, forfeit all funds.
- High Season: Cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival you may choose either (1) a lodging credit voucher valid for up to one year from the original reservation and equal to the full amount of payments received without a cancel fee or (2) a refund subject to a $50 lodging cancel fee and any other applicable fees. Cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, forfeit all funds.
- Bikes are not permitted in rooms; the hotel does not have inside, secured bike storage. Bikes may be secured to outside bike racks with the locking mechanism you provide.
- Check-in time is 2pm. Rooms may be charged, released or resold after 6pm.
