Reservation Policies

- Lodging rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, accessible by stairs, only.
- All rates are quoted for standard occupancy. Additional person charge of $15 per person per night may apply
- Room tax is not included in the stated rate.
- A $50 deposit confirms your reservation.
- Final Payment - Regular Season: Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be automatically processed on the credit card presented for the initial deposit.
- Cancellation Policy - Regular Season: Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit all reservation funds, subject to rebooking the space with a comparable reservation, plus any applicable fees. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a $35 cancellation fee and the balance of funds returned, less any applicable fees.
- Final Payment - High Season: Final Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival and will be automatically processed on the credit card presented for the initial deposit.
- Cancellation Policy - High Season: Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit all reservations funds, subject to rebooking the space with a comparable reservation, plus any applicable fees.Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee and the balance of funds returned, less any applicable fees.
