POLICIES *.

• All rates are based on single or double occupancy and include Continental BREAKFAST.
• Add $15.00 for each additional person - up to the maximum occupancy level.
• Children 8 and under stay free when sharing the room with an adult.
• The Delaware Hotel was built in 1886. Therefore, it does not have an elevator.
• For the comfort of our guests, the Delaware Hotel is Smoke Free.
• Pets. We love them too. But, sorry, no pets allowed.
• Tax 8.8% subject to change without notice.

Deposit/Cancellation Policies

Fall - Winter - Spring: October through June 14*
A credit card guarantee is required to reserve your reservation. Cancellation made within 72 hours of arrival will be changed a cancel fee equal to one night's lodging. If the room is rebooked, a $35 processing fee will be charged to the credit card on file. No Shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation, processed at 10am the day after the scheduled arrival. Full payment is collected at check-in.

Summer season & Winter Galas: June 15 through October 1 & Winter Holidays
A deposit equal to one night's stay per room is required and charged when you book your reservation. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be processed on the credit card presented for the initial deposit. Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded less a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellation made within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of money on deposit.

Summer Galas: Holidays and Events June 15 - October 1
A deposit equal to one night's stay per room is required when you book your reservation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival and will be processed on the credit card presented for the initial deposit. Cancellations made 46 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded less a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of money on deposit.
