POLICIES *.

• All rates are based on single or double occupancy and include Continental BREAKFAST.
• Add $15.00 for each additional person - up to the maximum occupancy level.
• Children 10 and under stay free when sharing the room with an adult.
• The Delaware Hotel was built in 1886. Therefore, it does not have an elevator.
• For the comfort of our guests, the Delaware Hotel is Smoke Free.
• Pets. We love them too. But, sorry, no pets allowed.
• Tax 8.8% subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS*.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax.
• During holiday and special events - A non refundable deposit equal to the first night lodging plus tax is charged at time of booking.
• Check-in time is 2 - 6pm. Rooms not checked-in by 6pm may be resold or charged for the first night of the reservation plus tax, unless arrangements have been made for late arrival.
• Group Cancellation Policy may be different than the above. Please call our Group Sales Specialist for information.
