POLICIES *.

• All rates are based on single or double occupancy and include Continental BREAKFAST.
• Add $15.00 for each additional person - up to the maximum occupancy level.
• Children 8 and under stay free when sharing the room with an adult.
• The Delaware Hotel was built in 1886. Therefore, it does not have an elevator.
• For the comfort of our guests, the Delaware Hotel is Smoke Free.
• Pets. We love them too. But, sorry, no pets allowed.
• Tax 8.8% subject to change without notice.

Deposit/Cancellation Policies

Winter 2010: November through May 14
Our hotel and restaurant are hibernating for the 2010 Winter Season. However, we continue to maintain daily administrative hours, present hotel tours, and service customers at our award-winning Delaware Mercantile and hotel gallery. We are actively building vacation packages for spring and summer, 2010.

Regular Season: May 15 - October 17, 2010
A deposit of $50 confirms your reservation. Deposits are due 30 days prior to arrival. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be automatically processed on the credit card presented for the initial deposit. Reservations not deposited by the due date will cancel without notice. A minimum $35 cancellation fee applies to all reservations. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival forfeit all funds., subject to rebooking the space with a comparable reservation.

High Summer Season: August 2010
A deposit of $50 is required when you book your reservation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival and will be automatically processed on the credit card presented for the initial deposit. A minimum $35 cancellation fee applies to all reservations. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival forfeit all funds, subject to rebooking the space with a comparable reservation.
