Check-in time is 4pm MST.
Check-out time is 11am MST.
Registered Guest(s) who have not fully vacated all personal property and themselves from their room past check-out time will incur a USD $25 fine per hour. Registered Guest(s) agrees to have all personal property removed and placed in storage by Delaware Hotel management or staff at 1pm MST, if Registered Guest(s) cannot be contacted.
Registered Guest(s) acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
Registered Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible. Delaware Hotel management will charge reasonable fees and fines for repairing guest property Registered Guest(s) are deemed responsible for causing.
Visitors not allowed past 10 PM in guest rooms. Noise complaints may incur a fee of USD $250 per occurrence at the Delaware Hotel management’s discretion.
Delaware Hotel management reserves the right charge per night cancellation fee should Registered Guest(s) cancel any nights of the original reservation and length of stay.
Registered Guest(s) to make immediate payment of all charges incurred upon receipt of statement or at the time of departure, any charges after departure will be charged to the method of payment marked and a statement will be forwarded by electronic mail at Registered Guest(s) request.
Registered Guest(s) found in the act of or with evidence of smoking any substance while in rooms on Delaware Hotel premises will incur a USD $250 fine per occurrence, except for smoking in outside designated smoking areas.
Registered Guest(s) found in the act of or with evidence of allowing or keeping pets of any kind in rooms or on Delaware Hotel premises will incur a fine of up to USD $250 per night or occurrence.
Registered Guest(s) acknowledge that the Delaware Hotel and Delaware Hotel management are not liable for any damage to vehicles or personal property while parking in hotel designating parking lots or areas.
Registered Guest(s) with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.
Only Registered Guest(s) with valid identification will be issued additional door codes or be allowed access into the hotel room by Delaware Hotel management.
Registered Guest(s) should ensure that their hotel room door is properly and always secured. Delaware Hotel management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms.
Registered Guest(s) will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of Delaware Hotel. This liability extends to both Registered Guest(s) and their visitors.
In case of any charges not cleared at the time of checkout, the Registered Guest(s) credit card information and the acknowledgment on this registration card will be considered as the authorization for the uncharged settled amounts.
All disputes made by Registered Guest(s) are subject to the jurisdiction of Colorado, Lake County Courts, only.
Delaware Hotel management reserves to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions, and rules.
Nothing herein above constitutes or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right or interest in the Delaware Hotel premises or any part or position thereof in favor of any guest or resident or visitor.
Registered Guest(s) have gone through the Delaware Hotel Terms and Conditions governing their stay at the Delaware Hotel and agree to abide by them.
